- Game progress
- Scores and achievements
- User preferences and settings
- In-app purchase records...is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to external servers or third parties.CAMERA AND FACE TRACKING DATA (TrueDepth API)The App uses your device's TrueDepth camera and facial tracking technology for gameplay purposes only.Face Data Collection and Usage:
- The App accesses the TrueDepth camera on compatible iPhone and iPad devices during active gameplay
- Facial expression data is captured and processed in real-time on your device to detect expressions for game challenges
- This data includes facial movements, expressions, and TrueDepth sensor readings
- Face data is used ONLY for real-time expression detection during gameplay
- NO face data is ever stored, recorded, saved, or transmitted from your device
- NO photos, videos, or facial maps are created or retained
- Face data is immediately discarded after each game session
- Face data is NEVER shared with third parties
- Face data is NEVER used for advertising or marketing purposes
- Face data is NEVER used to identify you or create a profileCamera Access:
- Camera access is only active during gameplay when you are actively playing a level
- Camera access automatically stops when you exit a level or close the app
- You can revoke camera access at any time through iOS Settings > Privacy > CameraThe TrueDepth API is used exclusively to enhance your gaming experience by detecting facial expressions. This happens entirely on-device with no data leaving your iPhone or iPad.THIRD PARTY ACCESSThe App does not share any information with third parties.No face data, camera data, or personal information is transmitted to any third-party services, analytics platforms, or external servers.AUTOMATIC DATA COLLECTIONThe App does not automatically collect any data.The App does not use analytics, tracking, or telemetry services.IN-APP PURCHASESThe App offers optional in-app purchases to unlock premium game levels. Purchase records are managed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. The App stores only a simple flag on your device indicating whether premium content has been unlocked. No payment information is collected or stored by the App.CHILDRENThe App does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The App is suitable for all ages (4+). Face tracking is used only for gameplay and no face data is retained.SECURITYBecause no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no risk of your personal information being accessed by unauthorized individuals.Camera and face tracking access:
- Only used during active gameplay
- Never recorded or stored
- Immediately discarded after processing
